To make membership with Catholic Volunteer Network as accessible as possible, membership dues are determined by your program's annual budget. Please select the tier below based on your current budget.

Please provide the information below for the contact person at your organization responsible for managing your CVN membership. Want additional staff members added to CVN communications? You can add them on the next page at no cost.

You can add up to five other members from your organization to your membership. They will be included on CVN communications and have access to the CVN listserv.

In addition to membership dues, CVN counts on the generous support from our members, donors, and partners. If able, please consider making an additional donation today to help build the future of faith-based service!
